Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 3–7 business days unless otherwise stated. Processing times may vary during holidays or community event seasons.

  • Shipping Times: Domestic U.S. orders typically arrive within 5–12 business days after processing.
  • Tracking: A tracking number will be emailed once your order ships.
  • Address Accuracy: Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or undeliverable addresses.
  • Delays: Carrier delays (UPS, USPS, FedEx) may occur and are outside our control.

Local Pickup / Community Drop-Offs

At times, we offer local pickup or community distribution during Pops Purpose events. If available, this option will appear at checkout or be communicated directly.


Refunds & Returns

We take pride in our quality and community-care approach. If something’s wrong, we’ll make it right. However, because many of our items are limited-run, donation-supported, or custom printed:

  • All sales are generally final.
  • Refunds are only offered in cases of defective, damaged, or incorrect items.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
  • Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.
  • We will repair, replace, or refund the item as appropriate.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items marked as final sale
  • Limited drop merchandise
  • Custom or made-to-order items
  • Digital content, event tickets, or donations

Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to product availability. Because community drops often sell out, we may offer store credit if a replacement is not available.
